This is a walk-through and consultation service giving advice on
how to improve the presentation of your home for best effect. We will discuss the best options taking into account the selling
price of your home. We will then provide a quote detailing further options available for our Home Staging services based
on your individual requirements.
Recommendations & Action Plan Report £150
Following the initial consultation a Recommendations & Action
Plan Report can be produced suggesting how to improve your home to enable you to sell quickly and at the best possible
price. It will include all of the discussed suggestions, refernce visuals and photos and supply the information for the homeowner if they
would prefer to carry out the work themselves. It could also detail additional services that Imagine Design
Solutions could provide if the client would like to conside further services.
*This fee is based on an average 3 bedroom property. A quotation
will also be dependent on the amount of work required and will be provided at the initial consultation.
Online Home Staging Consultation & Report £120
This option is for you if you would prefer to send photographs of
your property via email or if you do not live in the Durham and Tyne and Wear areas within the North East of England but would
like to take advantage of our services. We will provide full recommendations for Home Staging. Please use the online contact

One Day 'Quick Fix' Home Staging £240
With this option we can personally de-clutter and stage your property
with your existing furniture and accessories. Ideal for those wanting to maximise what is already there and if the property
is already on the market. This could include liason with your Estate Agent, depersonalising, cleaning and final presentation.
*This fee is based on an average 3 bedroom property. A quotation
will be provided.

Many prospective buyers who view a property are put off by clutter. People will not pay for
space that they cannot see but we can provide that solution.

This service is provided in your home offering advice, guidance and a clear action plan.

Lifestyle Design
Individual Room Consultation & Report £120
This is a verbal consultation offering advice based on your
personal budget. We can advise on a totally new lifestyle design scheme or it can be a 'quick fix' using existing furnishings
or maybe a mix of old and new furnishings dependant on your requirements. We can discuss and view design ideas and
styles. A mini report will be supplied detailing recommendations and contact information for trades and suppliers.
Lifestyle Design Room Assessment & Report
£30 per hour based on Individual Quotation
A detailed lifestyle design scheme report including assessment
of your requirements and the recommended scheme. Also, furnishings, colour schemes, lighting and flooring and outline costs.
The project can then be managed by ourselves or you can choose to continue yourself.

Professional Property Presentation
Property Presentation services are key for property investors and developers to
dress and present an empty property whether it is for sale or to rent. We can work with you offering advice and options
for furnishings with an initial consultation; provide a report detailing furnishings rental and/or purchase quotations; full
project management and final dressing and styling. Individual quotations by arrangement.
